Having trouble logging in to your ROCS accounts? This guide provides steps to resolve common login problems across different platforms, including Acellus, email, and the ROCS portal.


Steps to Resolve Login Issues:


  1. Verify Username:

    • Your ROCS Google username is typically in the format [email protected]. Ensure you are using the correct email address when attempting to log in.
  2. First-Time Login to Acellus:

    • Acellus Website: Visit the Acellus login page at signin.acellus.com.
    • Enter your ROCS username and the password provided by your advisor.
    • If you encounter a login issue, contact ROCS support for assistance.
  3. Contact Support for Password Resets:

    • If you’ve forgotten your password or are experiencing difficulties logging in, please contact ROCS support directly for assistance. Password resets cannot be performed manually and must go through support.
  4. Check Your Internet Connection:

    • Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try reconnecting to your WiFi or switching networks if you experience issues.
  5. Use Supported Browsers:

    • Ensure you are using a supported web browser, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
