Fixing Loading and Playback Issues:


  1. Slow or Buffering Videos:

    • Check Your Connection: Ensure you have a strong and stable internet connection.
    • Try a Different Browser: Sometimes switching to another browser like Google Chrome can resolve playback issues.
  2. Lesson Not Loading:

    • Refresh the Page: Sometimes simply refreshing the page can fix the problem.
    • Clear Cache and Cookies: Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then try accessing the lesson again.


Troubleshooting Quiz and Assignment Errors:


  1. Quiz Won’t Submit:

    • Check Internet Stability: Ensure your internet connection is stable before submitting a quiz.
    • Contact Support: If the problem persists, reach out to ROCS support for assistance.
  2. Assignment Not Showing as Completed:
